Love how colourful everything is. I've been enjoying the episodes a lot so far, and I hope the future ones carry the same energy as that first one did. I find a lot of people put everything into that first episode like Hazbin did, it gets a lot of fans, then you're just waiting to be that interested again.

For MW the main characters have steadily been growing on me and everyone is super expressive, but thats always been a great quality of your art. All the way back to when I discovered you with POONTAH!

Rock episode with the mimic had a cool design, looking forward to more whenever that ends up being. Have a great day amigo

Oh fuck, you're a Black Lagoon fan too?
I watched it relatively recently like 20 years late, but I loved it. Revy, Dutch, Balalaika, Shenhua, all the side characters were super interesting, and the animation was so good. I loved all the mature themes and the way the characters talked that wouldn't fly at all today. I ended up watching in english but I don't really regret it since the dub was actually very good, though I wonder if the dialog changes much between versions.

Revy's back and forth with Shenhua is hilarious in english. I love her whole blades on a wire trick, especially when she's threatening the out of town cowboy looking guy and explaining how things work in Roanapur. In the scene where they're raiding the safehouse with all the other bounty hunters and she gets injured and almost died, I was going to be mad as hell. She may be a villain of sorts, but I want her to LIVE. Maybe im a bit biased because I love red and her design is full of it. I love all the detail you put into her clothing, all your lines are super clean.

Hehehe, ohhhh you bet I'm a Black Lagoon fan! It's been one of my top favorite anime series for like a decade! (>w<) The series has always been a major inspiration for me and I adore everything about it! I don't know why I haven't made more fanart of it... gotta make more!!

Oh yeah, the dub is absolutely fantastic! Every actor knocked it out of the park! I also believe that Shenhua still spoke in a "broken" dialect in the original Japanese dub as well, so the English dub still holds up in that regard haha. I think I remember Rei Hiroe, the mangaka, saying he prefers watching the English dub, since it makes more sense for the characters to be speaking English in universe, so that's pretty neat haha!

As I mentioned in the description, Shenhua's also my dad's fave Black Lagoon character. Over the past few years I've actually gotten him really into anime! He loved Black Lagoon a lot and it was a blast watching it with him! He's even watching some anime with the Japanese dub! Best dad hehe xD
