I watched Trigun so late, but it still aged very well. Other than the giant super mutant episodes the story and style is unmatched. I still remember the moment that really surprised me when Vash is on the train and accidentally shoots someone under stress, and immediately panics and tries to save his life. He wins over just about everyone he can, and he'd sooner cripple those who refuse to change than take their life. It's such a great show. I wish they would redo the original show in the same style while following the manga completely.

Also even if the remake ends up being bad, at least its an excuse to get more animations from you. Which is your favorite in the series?
