[The Real Legend 5]

Wasn't expecting a semi serious plot or such an increase in visuals. I feel old. I was here when the first one came out all those years ago, and was so impressed by the level of quality you put out back then. It's nice to see your take on things again though, it still has a bit of that same feel even if it's been this long. Thanks for giving us another episode yeah? and I hope you're doing well.

You had me worried that this was going to get real sad. I can definitely relate to not feeling good enough to the point I'm afraid to try just because I'll get embarrassed. But the mom in this story was pretty supportive and nice. I wish it was a little longer, but I look forward to seeing what else you come up with. It's very cute

I want to believe that he really does have a great destiny, and that the universe really is bending to his whim all along. Or maybe it's just luck, who knows. But when he was tripped out hitting those bushes, he seemed like he was maybe actually proficient at his craft. We will see I guess

I didn't think you'd manage to make something better than the first one, but here we are. That was surreal, unique, and full of atmosphere. Saving it so I can look back and remember it years from now.

[WEST TREE HERO FORCE PIlot 2: Adult B-Side]

Well I wasn't going to invest time in this, but it was one of those things that I needed to see through to the end as I saw more. Some of the writing is a little weak, and the animation and designs are all over the place, but ALSO GOOD part of the time too. More than anything I can see a lot of effort went into this and inspiration from a bunch of different anime, so I want to express the positives more than anything. I think the biggest laugh was when you used that screaming clip during the wrestling, you know the one ;)

For character designs the blue girl's nose kind of makes her look like a smurf, which kinda kills any of the sex appeal when shes bouncing her boobs around. Not sure if its intentional or just an initial design you stuck with. There were some lame bits in the writing, but enough positive to keep watching. Keep doing what you're doing and work on improving, but maybe also stick to the simple art style with some refinements going forward as most animators tend to work way too hard on quality and just stop putting out content cause it takes too long and is too hard.

I havent seen the other episodes do I looked at this through the lense of your listed inspirations which are all things I like for the sake of monthly voting. I havent the slightest what I was watching with that imagery, but I enjoyed the design and look of at least half or more of it. The highest point for me is the definitely the voice acting, that shit was stellar.

The frames on that end scene were great. But what's up with the long neck one and the other penguins? are they depictions of band members?

Hmm...it was interesting, but it wasnt either creepy enough or funny enough. It seemed like it was going funny first? But maybe the intention was creepy the whole way through, so I felt like it ended a bit abruptly after little buildup
