I liked it, I like all animated music videos on NG cause I find it's some of the best and most creative content even when its commission for a band or something. I do have a couple of criticisms though I guess, First let's focus on positives though. I love childhood fears, I was scared of the dark and holding a flashlight as a young child a lot, watching creepy shit tap on my windows or crawl around my room at night. There's nothing quite like the loneliness or absolute helplessness you feel living in the middle of nowhere while everyone else is asleep and it feels like they may never wake up as the shadows creep in. That's what I was getting from the early parts of this movie.
So the first thing that looked a little janky, is that the little girl is an infant but moves almost like an adult. From the point she first gets out of the crib she's a bit too mobile. Baby would probably move a different way or struggle more. If she was a bit older in proportions I think it would have looked a lot better. It's pretty weird looking at the start of the hallway scene.
Last thing is when she bursts out of the trash pile, I expected she had found some bright item or something, seemed like that's where it was going, but instead she just goes super sayain and starts throwing fireballs. I mean sure, that's fine in concept, just seemed a little off for story direction. Could have had some fire themes building throughout the video leading up to it to make the climax be a lot cooler.
Anyway, hope you don't take this as insulting or anything, animation takes a ton of hard work and I'm impressed you put this together, I just wanted to offer my two cents in case it helps you make something even better in the future, keep up the great work.
