jesus christ that fucking ending lmao
incredible

Honestly that's probably how it goes in the playground these days. A friend of a friend of mine has a daughter and he legit just lets the tablet and youtube raise her. Kinda sucks.

alright so what was the much funnier fun fact?

fuck yeah, it was fucking worth it though my man. This looks incredible! How long did it take you? You put all the characters on display and animated them really well, really showing your talent in pixel art. Great submission.

i cant give a time frame. i was working on and off for the duration of the contest, which was about a month

That ending, exquisite.

rofl the fucking girlfriend dragging around the speakers and popcorn got me. Good shit afro

This was cool as shit, the fight animations in 3D I was unsure about the slower pace at first, but it picked up a lot as the movie went on. I want to say there were some missed opportunities, like when the hulking guy is falling off the bridge and grabs him, he could have thrown him more violently on the way down or injured him some more like in the usual madness animations, Also when he was slamming the shotgun on the ground could have had some shots fire for extra impact. The ending was a little sudden as well, not quite as climactic as I was hoping for. Overall though, the animation was incredibly smooth, really detailed renders. You said you were working on this for 2 years, props to you for finishing it.

Has it really been 7 months since the last one? jesus christ. All this covid stuff really steals time.

I don't really know where to begin, I started watching this last night before bed up to the doghouse trip sequence, then had some cool dreams, then finished watching it later today. I should note that it was hard to stop watching and I was tempted to watch all 17 minutes right away despite crippling myself after 20 hours of no sleep.

I love your work fam, I love how creative your animations are. You're right beside David firth when it comes to visual rides and story sequences that I have no idea where or how the plot will go, and its that mystery and adventure that drives me to keep watching. The fact you're also a musical prodigy of some kind just makes it 1000x better. I really really enjoy your animations, and character designs. Even when it's just simple shit like "Yeah her and dento have triangles for heads" but they're two very different triangle heads. Then you've got the crow man who's name I already forget, with his constantly stressed out eyes and numerous coat guns. I found his parts really entertaining. Also making the bounty pretty much all teeth no eyes, hulking dude but well dressed. Really solid designs.

I also like that you gave some followup on the clown bounty and crow man just turns him into goo and jars him. Very amusing.

So 7 months animating this? That must have been a ton of work. But it really paid off, if the first Elain was just 'good' (and it had some great parts don't get me wrong) this one builds on it and puts it up to amazing. Very good pacing, plot, and even better visuals, people watching both together should have a good time. It's a different type of movie than Runmo, but I would put it right beside it in terms of quality and effort. I really hope you get similar success with this one as you did with that, as your creativity is truly a wonderful thing.

Anyway, this review is getting long and I'm probably starting to repeat myself, but I just want to say I look forward to next animation, music, so on and so forth, It's readily apparent that your stuff stand out as far as creators go.

Have a good day

I love stop motion and stop motion films, the fact its such an involved process and takes a lot of hard work gives me a lot of appreciation for it. People see nightmare before christmas or corpse bride and theyre like ''ooh spooky movie'' and im like "This looks fucking cool and someone probably died with how long it took to finish." Kubo and the two strings is the most recent stopmotion i've seen, and now yours.

Oh gosh due thank you so much for your kind words!! (>w<) This project was definitely waaaaay harder than I expected it to be hahaha x,D Still, it was super fun and I'm really glad I got the chance to try my hand at stop motion. Stop motion media still amazes me every time I see it! (^w^)

That was much better than I thought it was going to be. Holy shit, the Dorey animation with the elongated drooping retard mouth all the time was legitimately very funny. Absolutely spot on characterization. Was nice to see all the differences between the scenes since I saw this movie very late and never die see Finding Dorey yet. Great work fam, well done.
