It's pretty true, at least when I was growing up people all knew companies were full of shit, but now that they engage with people via social media or through their partnered proxy influencers people have gotten the idea that some brands are their friends, or better than others. In the end money is the only thing that matters to a business, and they have infinite disposal people to take any falls they need to 'do better' next time.

Good animation, very good animation quality. Reminded me what was so interesting about the original movie. Like this lanky green fucker is just going around to 100s of houses shoving entire Christmas trees, turkeys and tables full of food up chimneys and into a 100ft sac to take to his hilltop cave. Like visually just watching him crawl around and do these inhuman feats in complete stealth is just satisfying to watch.

I didn't really like the art style much, but the way it was all animated was fantastic. I realize that a simple uniform look is easier to make a longer movie with action sequences, just wasn't my favorite visually, but made up for it in spades in the motion.
